Sandro Romagnoli -- A native of Certaldo, a small town outside of Florence, Italy, Sandro Romagnoli truly lives and breathes the Italian way of life. Before moving to the United States, Sandro explored several career avenues ranging from working in a London restaurant to serving as the International Sales Manager for an Italian company. In 1995, Sandro seized the opportunity to move to Atlanta and take charge of the North American division another Italian company. Not only did this position allow him to utilize his management abilities, but it also became the fulfillment of his childhood dream of living in America.

Sandro also took time to reflect on himself personally during the past several years and he realized that some of his fondest memories surrounded the authentic Italian food he grew up enjoying with his family. He discovered that through food, he could both share his passion and experiences with Atlanta and make people happy.

Sandro desired to create a unique dining experience that would share with others what he had cherished throughout his life and in 2002, Figo Pasta, and its passionate commitment was born. FIGO Pasta's commitment is to create a fun, comfortable, enjoyable experience where the mind, body, and soul are all nourished.
